Breakfast Club Play Leader (Temporary) Mon – Fri (5 hours)
Common Road Infant School would like to appoint a breakfast club play leader to support children at breakfast club. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and flexible and who would be willing to lead a range of games, story times, think creatively about fun activities for our breakfast club pupils. They will need to support the breakfast club period engaging pupils in play. They will need to be a good team player and a good communicator to work effectively in our team of breakfast club supervisors. They will need to support school policies and systems to ensure breakfast club is a positive, safe and enjoyable time for all who attend.
Classroom Teaching Assistant (Temporary) Mon – Fri (27.5 hours)
Common Road Infant School would like to appoint a temporary teaching assistant to join our school family. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking and dedicated to working with our very young children. They will work under the direction of the class teacher and will play a crucial role in supporting children with their learning and development. They will be expected to complete relevant training linked to their role and use this to develop their practice further.
Interested applicants will need to complete an application form and provide two suitable references, one of the references will need to be from the applicant’s current or most recent employer. Application packs are available from the school office. The closing date for application forms will be Friday 28th January 2022 at 12 noon.
Class teacher (Permanent)
Finally, we are looking to appoint a class teacher to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and ambitious teacher to join our school as it begins an exciting new chapter. Common Road Infant and Nursery School was judged as ‘Good’ by OFSTED (November 2021) a judgment the school is extremely proud of!
We are looking for a teacher with the passion, dedication and commitment to becoming the best in their field to join us on our journey to becoming an outstanding school. We welcome all teachers regardless of teaching experience to come and look at our school and meet our staff team.
